THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
As a new RESIN WELD franchisee you will complete comprehensive
training in both the practical aspect of windscreen repair, and
equally important, the sales and marketing aspects of running
a successful business.
Much of the training will be on a one-on-one basis. It will therefore
be tailored to your individual needs and level of progress.
All of the above is covered in greater detail in our Operations
Manual a copy of which is issued to you on your first day of training.
The manual provides an excellent reference tool once you have
completed the training programme.
It is in the best interests of both RESIN WELD and franchisee
that a high standard of quality is achieved both in the repair
process and management of the business.
You will also become familiar with the legal and certification
requirements concerning WOF and COF regulations. You will need
to become familiar with the standard for windscreen repair AS/NZS
2366:1999 parts 1 and 2.
